Positive: 24/7 staff were great and check-in/out was very easy, even late at night when my flights were. Can't beat the location; right in the heart of everything. Didn't have any issues with the shower like other reviewers - was perfectly strong/warm. Very pleasing microwave door. Negative: I stayed in the studio apartment, which has substantially less (virtually zero) natural light than you can see in most of the pictures. The apartments with more light looked lovely - so if you get one of those great - but we were essentially in a box room. Noise was a bit annoying on the weekend, but was fine mid-week. Coat/towel hooks were coming out of the wall. Sofa I think has a sofa bed functionality, but the leg that is meant to fold away was a little loose, so it kept collapsing when sitting on it which was not ideal.

Great stay. No complaints. Will stay again. Positive: Great location. Good wifi. Room had anything and everything I needed. Great communication with the host. Negative: The water in the shower took a few mins to heat up. The host made me aware before my stay so I was prepared. Plus it's a common issue in Mexico City so it wasn't too much trouble.

Great apartment in Roma Norte Positive: Easy check in process. Great neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants, good coffee spots. Prompt replies by the host to assist with questions/concerns. Had a stove and utensils/tableware for making meals at home. Had Netflix. Negative: Tiny window in room. No washing machine. The smoke detector light is quite bright - would advise to bring blu tack to cover the light source.
