Spacious Stay 10 min from Reforma | ROMA

Well located stay in Roma Norte Positive: Great location in Roma Norte. Appreciated the 24 hour security and easy check in process. Apartments are well stocked making it great for a short or longer stay. Very happy with our entire stay here.

Great location, responsive staff, modern apartment Positive: The flat is well decorated and modern and it is located in a great location within Roma Norte. The staff are quick to respond to any messages and security is around 24/7 providing a safety value to this stay. Negative: The biggest disappointment was the shower which was basically non existent. The hot water was fine and as the staff tells you, it requires a few minutes before it gets hot. However, the water pressure is so low, every shower takes 30 minutes. Probably the lowest water pressure in a hotel I've experienced which is a shame since the rest of the apartment is good. interestingly, the pressure in the sinks were fantastic so it seems like an issue with the shower itself.

Positive: This was my second trip here. I did 10 days last summer and 21 days this summer. Exact same room too! Staff is incredible. They answer messages very fast and are always kind and helpful. If you need housekeeping you just let them know and they will take care of you. The place is clean and tidy. The security guys at the entrance are always friendly and helpful. 24/7 security which is nice. The clubs can be a bit loud, and definitely kept me up a few times, but one night I was the loud jerk too so I guess it was karma. Overall it's an excellent property and I will be back a 3rd time for sure. Negative: No screens on the windows! This is absolutely terrible because there is no AC, so the only way to cool the room is to open the windows, but then the mosquitos come in. My brother was eaten alive. Literally 60+ bites in a single night. Both arms and back and neck and face were COVERED with bites. I got about 10 bites one night too. You guys really really need to put screens on the windows. In fact, it was so bad that I would actually only come back a 3rd time if I know I can have screens on the windows. Even if only temporarily for my stay. I'll definitely ask before I book again because those mosquitoes were relentless. Hundreds after the rain.

Great, I recommend it Positive: I am very happy with my experience in this property. The location is great, there are many nice bars and restaurants in the area and I felt safe walking at night. The 24h reception service is great too. The place was super clean and everything was as described. Unlike other travellers have said, I did not feel the bed was hard, I felt very comfortable. I had the 2 beds 2 baths apartment, it was spacious and with natural light. I would stay here again if I visit CDMX. Negative: It is true that it takes a while to regulate the temperature of the shower. That was the only issue but I would still stay here again. I also wonder if it is something common in CDMX because I was at a friend's apartment in Polanco before and the shower had a similar issue...
