New Luxury apartment with view to Parque España l CONDESA

Fantastic Location! Positive: The location could not have been better. We were within walking distance of all the coffee shops and brunch locations we wanted to visit. The neighborhood was very calm and safe. The property was extremely clean and the staff were attentive. Negative: The beds were uncomfortable.

The absolute best in town, the best! Positive: Folks, let me tell you, our stay at New Apartments La Condesa by VIATO was absolutely tremendous, just fantastic! The check-in? Easiest thing in the world, smooth like nobody’s business, believe me. The staff, Cesar and Maura, they’re incredible people, the best, always there to help, making sure everything’s perfect—nobody does it better. The apartments? Spacious, modern, really beautiful, like something out of a luxury magazine, I’m telling you. And the location? Between Parque México and Parque España, it’s prime, absolutely prime, the best spot in town, everybody says so. Our family, we loved it so much, we’re already planning to come back—nobody does apartments like VIATO, nobody. Tremendous, just tremendous! Negative: Loved everything.

Clean, comfy, spacious apartment! Positive: The apartments were spacious, clean, and in an amazing location, right across from Parque España. It was so easy to walk around, felt very safe, and the reception folks were very nice and let us drop our bags since we arrived early. There is also a water filter, which is so nice not having to buy bottled water every day. We mostly ate out, but for those who want to cook, the kitchen didn't seem that well equipped. It was nice that they supplied ear plugs, I used them since the birds were very loud in the morning. Negative: The couch in the living room was a pull out and kept sliding out when we would sit on in normally, which was annoying.
