DEPARTAMENTO CON FUGAS EN EL CLOSET DE ROPA Negative: Tuve un incidente en el departamento. Me dañaron un traje sastre de mi madre. En el closet de ropa se encuentran tuberías del desagüe. Un tubo tiene una filtración y manchó toda la ropa de mi madre (un saco y pantalón). Contacté al anfitrión para pedir la reparación de la prenda, pero hasta el momento de escribir esta nota se negaba a pagarme la reparación de las prendas de mi madre.

Great location and amenities, zero natural light Positive: The location was incredible - there were 50 great eateries within a 5 minute walk. The amenities within the apartment were excellent. Check-in was easy, and the management was proactive about communication. Negative: It's important that prospective guests understand that, despite two small windows, there is zero natural light in this apartment. Zero. The pictures in the main posting may not be the pictures of the apartment you are renting - make sure you look at the pictures of "your" apartment and are comfortable with what you see.
