Chic Apartment in Condesa with balcony and park view by VIATO HOMES

Overall great stay and we will definitely be back. Positive: Great location. Lots of space and well appointed. We had one of the seventh floor apartments with balconies in both the front and back which was very nice. Easy check in and check out and very easy to come and go. Very secure. Good communication by host to make sure you have everything you need. There is a water purifier on the kitchen sink which provides safe drinking water. This is a really terrific feature. Our unit had two bathrooms, which was also a huge plus. Negative: The towels are a little bit rough. Also the second bathroom shower does not have any shelf or bench so the shampoo conditioner, and body wash are on the window ledge outside of the shower, which is very awkward. The window insulation could be a little better as the noise from the outside comes in very easily. They do provide earplugs, however.

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht Positive: Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach. Der Gastgeber hat eine Nacht vorher abzureisen gestattet. Obwohl er mit der Antwort so lange gewartet hat, dass wir ohnehin nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren konnten. Daher haben wir nur ein Drittel der Kosten der letzten Nacht erstattet bekommen. Negative: Das Apartment war sehr kalt. Sehr laut. Man hat den Strassenlärm im 6. Stock selbst im Hinterzimmer noch gehört. Die Möbel, Bäder, Küche etc. waren mit dem Billigsten ausgestattet. Daher fühlte sich das Apartment insgesamt als billig an. Die Lage hätte besser, war nicht wirklich in dem Teil von Condessa, der schön ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ein Alptraum - wir mussten 5-mal nachfragen, bis wir endlich eine Antwort bekommen haben.

The team who manages this apartment is absolutely amazing and remained very attentive throughout the entire stay to any needs we had. When we had an issue on the day of check out due to illness, the team was very helpful and flexible and kind. Thank you so much for that!

Schön und sauber Positive: Sauber, sehr viel Stauraum, Security 24h. Negative: Es wäre an der Zeig die Matratzen zu ersetzen.
