Spacious flat in the heart of Condesa w/ Terrace by VIATO HOMES

Positive: Spacious and excellent location. Security on front desk very pleasant. All other communication is via message with the manager who provided prompt and helpful information. He even contacted us to let us know we had left some sunglasses behind and held on to them until we could arrange pick up. Negative: It was cold overnight but reception did supply fan heaters. I would imagine in the summer it is a welcome refuge from the heat of the city.

Positive: The apartment was big, location is great, and we had great communication from the host. Interior unit was very quiet. A couple things to note: the water comes out cold, but warms up within a few minutes. We didn’t realize CDMX buildings don’t typically have heating, but we were provided space heaters, so just ask if it’s needed. We had a confortable stay and I would definitely book again!

3 días en la Condesa Positive: La cercanía con las áreas de nuestro interés como Condesa, Roma Norte, etc. Las vista desde nivel 6 eran muy bonitas. Negative: Me sorprendió negativamente el poco aislamiento hacia el exterior, sobretodo respecto al ruido, sin descuidar térmicamente. Pero todo el sonido de la calle era como tenerlo dentro del departamento, ambulancias, policía, coches, camiones, obras, etc. Agradecemos que nos faciliten tapones de oídos pero somos una familia con bebé y no podemos aislarnos. También considero que los acabados, materiales, y su estado de conservación empiezan a dejar cierta evidencia del paso del tiempo.
