Spacious flat in the heart of Condesa w/ Terrace by VIATO HOMES

We loved the apartment. The location was fantastic for great restaurants, walks to the attractions Positive: Everything . Location, amenities fantastic Negative: Nothing everything was fabulous

We just got back from an incredible trip to Mexico City and this place was a huge part of what made it so great! Four adults (two couples) stayed here and everyone had a lot of room and privacy. The place is spacious and felt peaceful despite some road noise (adds to the colorful neighborhood ambience).The location was one of the highlights, easy to get everywhere we wanted to go, and the neighborhood itself was wonderful.A few things we especially appreciated:- Check-in and check-out were totally seamless- Security at the front desk gave us real peace of mind- Fans in the rooms (loud but got the job done)- Drinkable water right from a dedicated faucet- Tons of storage- A third bathroom- Coffee shops right next door- Lovely roof deckThe whole place was well-appointed and clearly thoughtfully set up for guests. We'd happily recommend this spot to traveling couples or families looking for something spacious, safe, and centrally located. We'd definitely book again!

Positive: Spacious and excellent location. Security on front desk very pleasant. All other communication is via message with the manager who provided prompt and helpful information. He even contacted us to let us know we had left some sunglasses behind and held on to them until we could arrange pick up. Negative: It was cold overnight but reception did supply fan heaters. I would imagine in the summer it is a welcome refuge from the heat of the city.

My husband and I stayed at Joaquin’s’ well appointed, comfortable and impeccably clean apartment in the Condesa barrio. The building security is excellent and we felt very safe.He and his team were very responsive and helpful during our two week stay for anything we needed.The location is excellent, accessible to major sights, great restaurants and cultural institutions.Two beautiful parks are across the street and few blocks away.If you are visiting Mexico City we highly recommend this apartment owned by Joaquin.

Positive: The apartment was big, location is great, and we had great communication from the host. Interior unit was very quiet. A couple things to note: the water comes out cold, but warms up within a few minutes. We didn’t realize CDMX buildings don’t typically have heating, but we were provided space heaters, so just ask if it’s needed. We had a confortable stay and I would definitely book again!
