Luxury apartment with private terrace | Condesa

Great stay in Mexico City Positive: The apartment was amazing. Great shower, comfortable beds. Great kitchen, very spacious living room. A fantastic owner! When we requested some heating it took less than 5 minutes for heaters to arrive. Not only these but also when you are sitting on the terrace and enjoying the park view, the smell of fresh bakeries and coffee from downstairs coffee shop is priceless Negative: Everything was perfect! Thank you.

Positive: There are many great things about this place: 1) the location can’t be beat, close to many places by foot and beside both important parks 2) very clean with new facilities and a wonderful terrace if you’re lucky to get the 2nd floor apartments 3) consistently reliable hot water and wifi 4) we had to extend our stay by an extra night given flight issues and the host let us check out late and check in early in the free apartment to try to minimize disturbance Negative: The apartment was freezing even in August- we had to ask for space heaters (which they provided promptly) There is very minimal cutlery and there are discrepancies between apartments ( our second place had wine glasses that the first was missing) this could be improved as they have ample storage space. For example, cooking breakfast for a group of 4 was hard since only small frying pans were available and in our 4 nights stay only 3 coffee capsules were provided

The location of the apartment was great. Across from the park and cafes right next door. Walking distance to many of the areas we wanted to visit including Roma and Las Rosas. The outside patio was perfect for coffee and drinks and over all the perfect. We had a slight problem with the coffee maker but Joaquin was able to send someone over quickly to replace it. I would recommend this apartment to our friends.

Positive: location was great. apartment space was great. i would return and recommend, despite the below, if only visiting for a couple of days. Negative: you hear everything in the building...conversations, crying baby. the opening in the middle of the apt next to 2nd bedroom especially captures everything. it was raining most nights and there was a clanking sound of the water hitting what seemed to be a pipe that was loud and you heard incessantly. if you sleep hard, no worries...if you don't, you may not sleep. the beds were VERY firm...not as comfortable as i would have liked.
