Modern apartment with private terrace

Positive: Very spacious and lovely modern feel. Clean and well kept. Lovely large patio. Safe and secure. We were a family of 5 (including a baby) and the place was a lovely sanctuary to return to after exploring the city. Wonderful location right between the two parks of La Condesa. Loved it.

Great location and value for money stay Positive: The location was perfect, apartments are in very safe neighborhood and really close to Condesa. Apartments were very spacious and clean. Negative: During December nights were cold in Mexico City, when we asked to have some heaters they only gave 1 for 3 rooms. It would be have more heater options as well as additional duvet for winter months. Beds were a bit small for 2 people but manageable.

Highly recommend for friend groups. Positive: Great. Location. Great host. Very smooth interacting with the team at tye venue as well as host. Negative: All, was great.

Nice stay at a safe neighborhood, good space for a long stay at CDMX Positive: The property was very well equipped and was a large space to feel comfortable, you have a good living room space along with the dinning table and the balcony was very nice to drink a beer at night. Rooms were nice and have a good space too Negative: I will recommend to have a better mattress in beds because it was too soft, it makes you hurt your back to sleep more than two days on it.

Excelente ubicacion, limpieza y comodidad. Positive: ubicacion excelente y facil acceso para nosotros y para el auto, restaurantes cercanos y los parques tambien muy cercanos, la terraza que tiene que da al parque muy bonita para salir a tomar un cafe. Negative: en el apartamento de abajo estaban fumando marihuana y el olor se subia a nuestro apartamento, tuve que cerrar ventanas del baño para que no entrara el olor, sobre todo porque llevaba a mi hijo menor de edad.
