Folkloric 3-br apartment w pool view near downtown by VIATO HOMES

We left a day early, too cold to continue to stay there . Positive: Garden area and common areas along with pool cite kept very clean Negative: The three bedroom , four bathroom condo was stocked with only cutlery for 4 and same for the china, plates , etc Staying there 5 nights we assumed the laundry would be accessible but it was locked off. ONE small dish cloth, no dishwasher pucks and minimal lighting through out the common areas ( not all worked ). Minimal pots and pans .. one small garbage bag . Would have been very helpful to have a binder with info on the condo ,, example where to put the garbage , how to heat the condo as no heat ( cold in am and pm), had to use the three very small 8x4” space heaters No warm water in one bedroom sink . No broom or mop to sweep or pick up a spill. One bath towel, one hand towel and one pool towel each. Being on ground floor the two bedrooms with French doors did not lock. HVAC thermostats were turned off and we were able to keep warm

Positive: Absolutamente todo, es un lugar excepcional, con una muy bonita vista, el departamento muy limpio al igual que todas las amenidades, es un lugar muy tranquilo para estar, sin duda alguna volvería a escoger este lugar, lo recomiendo ampliamente. En cuanto a la distancia de la alojamiento hacia el centro, recomiendo únicamente tomar Uber/taxi ya que es subida pero en tiempo por mucho son como 10 minutos.

Positive: Muy cómodo. Fue como estar en casa. Silencioso Negative: El acceso y que no cuente con estacionamiento. Se complica para las personas con discapacidades.
