Pésima atención al cliente
Positive: Nada, no tuve oportunidad de accesar a mi reserva
Negative: Les avise con tiempo que llegaría a las 11:00 de la noche aprox. cuando llegué sólo pude accesar al área del café, ya que el keypad del departamento estaba sin pila.
Traté de comunicarme a los dos números que tienen de servicio al cliente llamando y mandando mensaje y en ningún momento me contestaron.
Los traté de contactar por Booking y tampoco.
Duré más de una hora esperando.
Tuve que buscar otro hotel a media noche.
Tuvieron el descaro de contestarme hasta el día siguiente.
No es posible que no tengan ni la más mínima preocupación por estar seguros de que puedas accesar.
Estoy esperando mi reembolso a ver si lo hacen.
Pésimo servicio, si pueden evitarlo, mejor busquen otro lugar
